100% Satisfaction Guaranteed
All products ordered from LilBearshoppe.com are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with your teddy bear (plush animal) purchase, we will replace the item or refund the product purchase price (excluding shipping costs). All teddy bear (plush animal) purchases are refundable within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the product(s). Exception: Drop ship items and special orders cannot be returned. All purchases incur a 15% restocking fee if item(s) are returned or the order is cancelled, package is refused, damaged or lost while being returned.

Returns

If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the quality of product, you may return the product(s) within seven (7) days of receipt of your order for a refund (excluding all shipping fees and re-stocking fees). Exception: Drop ship items and special orders cannot be returned. Contact our Customer Service department at CustomerCare@LilBearShoppe.com, or call 505-897-1072 for pre-approval before returning any products. Refunds are issued to the Purchaser. If the item(s) and/or shipment is "refused" upon delivery Purchaser will still be responsible for all shipping fees and re-stocking fees.

All returned items must be unused and in their original pre-shipping condition with all original tags attached. Include in the box a copy of the Invoice. Sorry, but LilBearShoppe.com cannot reimburse for shipping costs. All purchases incur a 15% restocking fee if item(s) are returned or the order is cancelled, package is refused or if customer does not reply to inquiries regarding their credit card. There are no refunds for damaged or lost products. There are no refunds for unclaimed or returned packages.

If your item(s) was purchased using our "free shipping" option, then you will be charged for all shipping fees, if you return the item(s). LilBearShoppe.com will charge the difference for the cost that we incurred to ship the item(s). For Example: If $100 in merchandise was shipped and then returned and the shipping cost to ClassyBears.com was $7 and the 10% re-stocking fee was $10, then the amount of refund issued to the Purchaser would be $83.00.

Teddy bears/stuffed animals purchased in quantities of 8 or more and all "special orders" cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to LilBearShoppe.com. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received by LilBearShoppe.com.

What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after LilBearShoppe.com receives your order. If you do not receive this message within four hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us at CustomerCare@LilBearShoppe.com to ensure that your order is being processed.

Do I need to provide a valid e-mail address and phone number?
We may need to contact you with a question regarding your order. Should we need to contact you, we will need a phone number where you can be reached and a valid e-mail address.

Can I change the delivery address?
We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered; or it is not on its way to being delivered. When making changes, please e-mail us at CustomerCare@LilBearShoppe.com and include your name and order confirmation number, along with your daytime and evening phone numbers, to facilitate the process.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
All online credit card purchases are conducted through our secured server, preventing third party intervention. Additionally, all credit card numbers are encrypted with the latest encryption technology. Our multi-layered security ensures your credit card safety. Always look for the "Closed Lock" or "Unbroken Key" when entering personal credit card information.

LilBearShoppe.com will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to LilBearShoppe.com.

What was the total charged to my credit card?
When you place your order online, you are presented with the price of the merchandise, as well as the shipping charge that is applicable. In addition to these costs, you will be charged sales tax if you are a resident of New Mexico. Following receipt of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation via e-mail from LilBearShoppe.com.

Will I have to pay sales tax on Internet orders?
Only New Mexico residents must pay sales tax.

Do you accept other forms of payment besides credit cards?
LilBearShoppe.com also accepts PayPal, cashier checks and money orders.

When submitting a money order or cashier's check, please allow 2-4 business days for them to clear the bank.

Teddy Bear Outfits

LilBearShoppe.com's teddy bear outfits are designed specifically for our select bears. Though, the outfits may fit some bears purchased at other locations, which are approximately 14-15 inches in length.

The Teddy Bear outfits have "Velcro" for fasteners, which make them easier for children (ages 3 and up) to dress.

The outfits are not for children under 3 years of age. If children under 3 years have access to this product, remove all tags, buttons, ribbons and small parts to avoid possible choking hazard.

All bears are sold separately from the outfits. The teddy bear outfits will fit the following bears:
