All products are shipped from New Mexico. Please refer to the UPS Ground map below to determine the shipping timeframe to your destination. New Mexico is shown in “yellow” on the UPS Ground map. Also, please read paragraph below for detailed information about shipping.

UPS Ground Shippng Schedule

Orders are processed as they come in during business hours, Monday through Friday. Weekend and evening orders are processed by the following business day. In-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of your order. Embroidered items require an additional turn-around time of 4 business days (this does not include Saturday or Sunday) due to the nature of the custom related work. Check orders take approximately 7-9 days for processing.

Items that are drop-shipped require approximately 3 days to process before shipment. Please call 505-897-1072 if you need a product rushed.

APO and PO Boxes

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes and APO. For orders to PO Boxes and APO, please select USPS Priority Mail as your shipping option.

International Orders

    If your package weighs less than 5 lbs, then Priority Mail is usually less expensive than using United Parcel Service (UPS).

    Priority Mail is not insured. If you would like to purchase insurance for your Priority Mail package, please contact LilBearShoppe.com.

    United Parcel Service (UPS)- Ground

    Estimated Delivery Time: 2-7 Business days after package has shipped. (not Guaranteed)

    If your package weighs over 5 lbs, then UPS Ground is usually the least expensive method of shipping. All products shipped UPS are insured up to $100.

    United Parcel Service (UPS)- 3 Day Select

    Estimated Delivery Time: 3 Business Days after package has shipped.*

    *i.e., If package is shipped on a Monday, it should be delivered on Thursday. Saturday delivery is $20 extra. All products shipped UPS are insured up to $100.

    United Parcel Service (UPS)- 2nd Day Air

    Estimated Delivery Time: 2 Business Days after package has shipped.* (Guaranteed)

    *i.e., If a package is shipped Monday, it should be delivered Wednesday. Saturday delivery is $20 extra. All products shipped UPS are insured up to $100.
